Led by Steve Sanders (ACA, CMIIA), we only provide seasoned practitioner expertise with careers of 20+ years leading large teams in Executive roles within organisations and experience in having held regulatory approvals in the UK and EU. Across these domains, we can work with you in a number of ways:
I. Advisory Engagements
SME expertise provided to you on a consultative basis as you need it. Calls, Meetings, Documentation Review or to join a team as SME input. Time required to be agreed and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
II. Interim Role Fulfilment:
Expert practitioner skills available to you on a full time, fixed term basis. To support absences, role transitions or function development.
III. Fixed Term Engagement:
Outside of full time interim role support, we can provide SME or leadership expertise on a fixed term basis in a project or part time context.
IV. Coaching / Learning and Development:
Ongoing coaching arrangements for individuals with session frequency to be agreed and reviewed on an on-going basis.
Project based learning and development projects e.g. developing and running a training course for your function.
